Really? My theory was, Obama can't pick a woman candidate. I'm pretty sure he won't pick Hillary, and Kathleen Sebelius would raise the question "why choose a woman who's less qualified than Hillary?" Not that that's really a valid question, but he's got to be careful not to alienate the Hillary supporters.
