Maryland has Wacko Legislators Too
Nice to know that my home state doesn't have a monopoly on wacko legislators. Maryland has 'em, too, like this
guy who "stood up" to a 70 year old woman who objected to a Christian prayer being said before meals at a state-funded senior center.
