Bizarro World
You remember Bizarro World from the old Superman comics, right? Everything is backwards. Black is white, etc. Well that my friends describes the Bush administration. So when a Bush bill is named the Clear Skies act, its actually just the opposite. You get the point.I bring this up to refute the meme going around about how "soccer moms" are becoming "security moms." There's no proof of this at all. Young single women support Kerry in droves, as they always have supported Democrats. No change there. Married women with children support Bush, as they ahve always supported Republicans. No change there.
So why is this meme being planted? To keep the Republican women in line. Remember, Rove has said this election will be won on the base -- so he's not going to let any member of the base go.
